When the coronavirus pandemic began spreading more rapidly in late February, we noticed two things:
1) Public health officials kept saying that one of the most important things you can do to avoid getting and spreading COVID-19 is to not touch your face unless you have just washed your hands.
2) It is REALLY hard to not touch your face!
We realized that a device that warns you when you're about to touch your face would be a great way to help people not get sick and to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
We did a patent search to see if a good solution existed, and couldn't find one.
We applied for our own patent to make sure that someone else didn't create such a device and charge too high of a price.
We've partnered with one of the top design firms in North America to build a high-quality device that will be of tremendous benefit to society.
And, we're committed to helping with this pandemic as much as possible.
Thus, our company will be donating all profits in 2020 to help people who have been severely impacted by the pandemic.
